Tobias Cohen Jehoram of the law firm of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek will speak of Modern Concepts of Confusion in Trademark Law.  Among the topics that will be discussed are initial interest confusion, reverse confusion, infringement without confusion or detriment, concepts of risk of confusion vs. creating a mental link.

Liad Whatstein of the law firm of Liad Whatstein & Co. will discuss Practical Aspects of The Battle against Counterfeiting in Israel and will comment on how Israeli courts address likelihood of confusion in sophisticated infringements.
