Advancing the growth of women in leadership through education, mentoring and networking opportunities. WILA will serve as a gathering point for education on the international efforts advancing the skills and leadership of women and offer international networking and mentorship opportunities. LESI is well positioned to bring women and men together from around the world to share experiences in professional advancement and cultivate a culture of inclusion and support for the advancement of women in licensing.

Engagements & Activities

1. Speaker Series: WILA will persistently organize a series of speaking events throughout the year, targeting issues pertinent to female licensing professionals. These sessions will host LESI's leading female members who will share their insights on effective strategies for supporting women in their professional advancement. Additionally, the series will offer a platform for developing essential soft skills through guest presentations, including experienced coaches. 2. Mentorship Program: The WILA Mentorship program will continue to offer young female LESI members the chance to learn directly from experienced female leaders within LESI, in a one-on-one format. 3. Active Regional Ambassadors: WILA’s Regional Ambassadors will maintain their role as key liaisons with national societies, enhancing the access of LESI members to WILA’s rich discussions and activities. 4. Dynamic Social Media Engagement: WILA will continue to actively promote and document its events through LESI’s social media platforms, ensuring members and the broader community are well-informed of our initiatives and achievements.
5. Inclusive Online Meetings: WILA will conduct regular online meetings to engage all interested LESI members, providing a vital touchpoint for the community to connect, share ideas, and collaborate effectively.
6. Annual Workshop Events: Each year, WILA will organize at least one dedicated workshop during the annual meeting, designed to address specific challenges and opportunities in the licensing field. These workshops are geared towards enhancing the professional skills and network of our members.
