Webinar
EPO Virtual Classrooms on IP Management
LES International
All

Website: https://www.epo.org/learning-events/events/search/details.html?id=13354

This series of four one-hour virtual classroom sessions will introduce the main concepts of IP management. IP management extends beyond the mere administration of patents and interfacing with patent attorneys, and includes the development of IP strategies, the use of patent information for decision-making processes, IP portfolio management, the inclusion of IP rights such as trade marks and designs, patent-based market analyses, IP cost planning, IP licensing and enforcement and freedom-to-operate analysis.

The sessions are particularly suitable for staff in small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) coming to IP management from a background in, for example, R&D, business development or general management.

The tutor for all four sessions will be Dr Dieter Westphal.

You only need to register once for all four sessions:

09 May 2016, 14:00 CEST (GMT +02:00)

12 May 2016, 14:00 CEST (GMT +02:00)

23 May 2016, 14:00 CEST (GMT +02:00)

25 May 2016, 14:00 CEST (GMT +02:00)

The sessions will be recorded and released in an online course room, where, if you are a registered participant, you can watch them as often as you like. Information on how to access the recordings will be provided in due course.

Registration fee

The fee of EUR 100 covers all four one-hour virtual classroom sessions. It is payable in one amount. No refunds are available for cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to the start of the first session.
