LES Benelux "Clauses Concerning Termination Events"
LES Benelux

Website: https://les-benelux.org/event/events/

LES Benelux are pleased to invite you to attend the add-on topic day following their licensing course. As usual the extra topic day will go in depth to discuss some complex clauses in license agreements, which have been chosen considering the feedback of our members about their interest and demands to discuss a specific topic. The add-on topic this year will be Clauses Concerning Termination Events”.

The panel consists of practitioners from Benelux, Switzerland and United States. For each sub-topic, one member of the panel will set the scene, describe the risks and pitfalls, propose solutions under his/her legal regime and test these solutions under the other legal regimes with the other members of the panel. A substantial amount of time within each 90-minute slot will be devoted to discussion and interactive Q&A with the audience.
