The European Commission plans to update the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (VBER), which provides a safe harbour for vertical business arrangements from the EU prohibition on anticompetitive agreements.

Distinguished international speakers will provide an overview of the ongoing revisions  to the antitrust rules applicable to vertical restraints (both in the EU and in UK) and will discuss their possible impact on the current business practice, with a focus on arrangements commonly to be found in the distribution contracts regarding on-line sales.
