The webinar organized by LES Italy in cooperation with LES China will be focused on the recent developments of Chinese IP law system and case law concerning the most recent judicial interpretations on punitive damages in IP infringement litigation in China in comparison with the basics of damages’ compensation pursuant Italian Law, also according to EU case law.
