In this 30 minute session, hear the “making‐of” stories about the articles in this edition from the issue organizers. The organizers of this issue sought to cover one of those grey areas of international variation which is seldom written about, but increasingly important as IP rights owners continue to move into global markets (and seek to do so safely). This issue complements articles found in the Sept. 2019 edition of les Nouvelles which focused on the EU Trade Secrets Directive by going further geographically -- to look at and compare developments around the world by drawing on the expertise of LES members in various LES Societies.
