LES Singapore are hosting a joint webinar with WIPO's Arbitration and Mediation Centre on 15 September 2022 at 4:00pm (Singapore) / 10:00am (Germany) / 6:00pm (Australia, Sydney).

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, such as mediation and arbitration, are very established and popular mechanisms for parties to resolve disputes outside of court. Recent years have witnessed an increase in the use of ADR options, not just to avoid litigation in court, but to facilitate the formation of agreements between parties, particularly in areas such as standard essential patents (SEP), life sciences and in research and development collaborations.

You are invited to join this panel of industry experts as they discuss a range of issues surrounding the use of mediation, arbitration and expert determination to supplement the contract negotiation process.
