LES USA & Canada

With the Trump Administration rearranging international relations, Trump 2.0 vis-a-vis China isa key issue with many risks and many issues in play. One issue is FRAND in China - in particular, how FRAND has been mistranslated by the courts and how counsel should exercise greater oversight. There are also issues on bilateral science cooperation - where the U.S. recently renewed the bilateral Science and Technology Agreement with China.
