The kick-off session for Track 3 on Arbitration and Mediation.
This hour-long session is the primer and will include an overview of Track 3. Three substantive sessions will then be scheduled in Feb, March and April leading up to the LESI Annual Meeting in Montreal.
Those topics will be:
(1) Resolving IP Disputes using Mediation & Arbitration (Feb)
(2) China: Developments in Mediation & Arbitration (March)
(3) Mediation & Arbitration for SEP and FRAND Disputes (April)
