This hour-long session is the second session in Track 3, and will discuss in greater detail how IP Disputes can be resolved using Mediation & Arbitration.
Two additional substantive sessions are scheduled in March and April leading up to the LESI Annual Meeting in Montreal, April 30-May 2. Those topics will be:
