The third session for Track 3 on Arbitration and Mediation.

This hour-long session will address China: Developments in Mediation and Arbitration.

One final substantive online session addressing "Mediation & Arbitration for SEP and FRAND Disputes" is scheduled for April 11 before the final (which will be in-person) conducted at the LESI Annual Meeting in Montreal, April 30-May 2.

This event is only open to current LES members. If you are not currently a member of a local LES Society, we encourage you to join! If you are not ready to join LES, you can purchase a package for the LESI Thought Leadership Program (all three tracks) for $200 USD.
