This hour-long session will address how mediation and arbitration is used for resolving SEP and FRAND Disputes.
The final session in this track will be conducted in-person at the LESI Annual Meeting in Montreal, April 30-May 2. If you have not registered yet, please do at www.lesi2023.org.
