Rene is a Partner at Adamson & Partners where she is responsible for senior Intellectual Property appointments across Europe, USA and Asia. Specializing in pan-European and cross-border international assignments, Rene works with multinational companies and small to medium enterprises across a broad range of industries, as well as IP law firms. Furthermore, Rene heads up the firm’s IP Licensing and Monetization practice.

Grace Gough

Grace's career has been focused on the recruitment and development of early talent in the legal sector. Having established her specialism through years of managing graduate recruitment and development programs, Grace now supports the firm's clients in accessing flexible talent solutions at the paralegal level. As the Vario lead for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam, Grace can also advise on alternative routes to qualification and the use of flexible contracting to achieve this. Her focus is partnering with clients and candidates alike to achieve their aims and objectives.
