Organized by LES Italy in cooperation with LESI European Committee, the seminar will bring together international experts to highlight how the EU Directive 2016/943 is being implemented in Italy and in Europe.
The conference will involve several members of LESI and representatives from the industry. Among the confirmed speakers we can list: Giulia Ponticelli (Italian Patent and Trademak Office, Italy), Bruno Vandermeulen (Bird & Bird, Belgium), Emmanuel Gougé (Pinsent Masons, France), Francesco Rogo (Group Intellectual Property Manager, Leonardo Spa, Finmeccanica Group, Italy) and Alida Zentai (Senior Legal Counsel, Huawei Technologies, Italy). Also Jorge Novais, DG Grow European Commission, is invited to attend the seminar to highlight the genesis of the Directive.
