Representatives of different sized enterprises will participate in LES South Africa's Chemicals, Environment, Energy and Materials (CEEM) Committee panel discussion to compare local practices in relation to confidentiality agreements. The focus of the discussion will be the following:
- Strategies to bolster the enforceability of confidentiality agreements
- Attitudes toward liquidated damages and other pre-agreed remedy/penalty clauses in confidentiality agreements
- Practices in ensuring compliance with confidentiality agreements
