The Emerging Enterprises Committee Webinar is meant to introduce LES members to (1) the reasons why emerging enterprises may benefit from valuing their IP and (2) the foundational concepts related to performing IP valuations. More specifically, we will focus on the use of an IP valuation to secure capital (including for both equity investment and debt financing), and to support IP-based transactions such as licenses, buy/sell transactions, and joint venture formations.
