This webinar is jointly organized by World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and will discuss how “deal mediation” may be used to facilitate FRAND licensing negotiations.
The USPTO and the WIPO Center will moderate a panel discussion between WIPO Mediators Chung Nian Lam and Michele Herman, who will share their experience of mediation and negotiation of FRAND Disputes.
