Conference Arbitration and Mediation in Industrial Property

 

Arbitration and mediation are set to undergo major changes in the field of Industrial Property, that could well revolutionize litigation.

The Unified Patent Court and its Mediation and Arbitration Centre: an opportunity to revisit dispute resolution strategies.

Two round tables are planned:

  • the first, to review dispute resolution strategies available to industrial property litigants, both in and out of court
  • the second, to highlight the Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the Unified Patent Jurisdiction (UPC), which will be operational by the end of the year.
