This comprehensive full day program is designed to provide professionals new to licensing transactions with a basic understanding of intellectual property rights and contractual arrangements involving such rights,  tailored specifically for business associates, entrepreneurs or legal counsels that are confronted with intellectual property transactions, and would like to get familiar with concepts and terms that may be new to them.

Please note that this program is distinct from the regular LES Benelux annual licensing course (to be held on 17 and 18 November 2025) and shall be seen as a basic introduction compared to such course.
