The LESI Leadership Academy, started in 2026, was designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) by equipping participants with a deep understanding of LESI’s history, mission, and global impact, while providing practical insights into the strategies and best practices that have successfully guided the organization’s growth.
The program draws on the experience of past and current LESI and LES leaders to highlight effective approaches to industry engagement, committee management, and society development — grounded in real-world examples and shared LES member experiences. Through a combination of interactive sessions, peer-to-peer exchange and small group discussions (as well as social activities), members of the class build meaningful connections across geographies and sectors that make up LES that to strengthen leadership capabilities, broaden strategic thinking, and position them to contribute and build LES at both the local and international levels.
The inaugural meeting of the leadership academy will take place in Dublin, Ireland on April 25, 2026 (in advance of the LESI2026 Annual Conference). The agenda is below.
