Under the theme ‘Disruption in IP’, LES Germany invites you to two intensive days full of current debates, exciting ideas and direct insights. Innovation is transforming the world of intellectual property faster than ever  before: new technologies, cross-border procedures and the use of artificial intelligence present us with new challenges every day – and at the same time open up great opportunities.

You can look forward to a high-calibre programme with renowned representatives from the judiciary, industry and academia. Speakers will include Judge Schön, Munich Regional Court, Judge Mellor, UK High Court, Judge Klepsch and Judge Kokke, Unified Patent Court (UPC), and former Judge Meier-Beck, Federal Court of Justice.  They will focus on the recent trend of cross-border proceedings and injunctions and discuss the most recent decisions as well as the academic approach.

The programme will be complemented by exciting insights from the legal profession and industry (Altix, Amazon, Bosch, Nivalion, Schaeffler, ZTE) as well as science (Prof. Dr Christian Heinze, University of Cologne, and Prof. Dr Björn Steinrötter, University of Potsdam).
