Nicolas will start with an introduction of the IVSC, with a focus on IP and intangibles, and the role of the IVSC in litigations.

The discussion will further lead to the standardization process and its due-process procedure, the IVSC current agenda. The speaker will then tackle how the IVSC positions itself in other due-process procedures, such as that of the IAS 38. This addresses internormativity issues, and the need for a harmonized language in evaluation.
