This first session in Track 3 will provide an overview of the LESI Thought Leadership Program & topics to be discussed throughout the year in Track 3: UPC Litigation Strategies.
The session will feature an interview of Tilman Mueller-Stoy, a Partner at the Bardelhe Pagenberg law firm by this Track's co-organizer, Sam Wiley from the LOT Network, on Dr. Mueller-Stoy’s experience filing the very first UPC case.
