Award Criteria
LESI launched the LESI Innovation Award in 2022 with the aim to identify innovative ways that companies and their collaborators have brought ideas to the market. Previous winners are listed below.
** Nominations for this year have closed and awardees will be announced in LESI 2025 Annual Conference in Singapore, 27-29 April 2025.
LES members and other (non-member) licensing professionals globally are invited annually to submit nominations. The goal of this award is to highlight recent case studies in innovations and licensing– to recognize innovative approaches in leveraging technology and IP assets that lead to long-term market innovations and differentiation and to discuss the elements of these successful efforts globally within our LES community.
This award will be administered by the LESI Innovation Trends Committee. If you are interested sponsoring the award, please contact us at admin@lesi.org.
Award Criteria
Please carefully review the above criteria as well as the detailed guidelines when submitting a nomination. Higher scores are given to inclusive and impact-driven deals. The winner and a subset of the nominees will be used as learning tools to be shared with and discussed by LES members to understand the elements that contributed to the success of the nominee.
Nominations must be submitted to: innovationawards@lesi.org
