Prompt, Protect, License: AI and the Future of Trademark & Design Licensing
LES International
Trademarks, Designs, and Merchandising Committee

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how brands and designs are created - and IP law is scrambling to keep pace.

In this interactive fireside chat, the LESI Trademarks, Designs & Merchandising Committee will explore the most pressing questions facing IP licensing professionals today: Can an AI-generated logo or character attract legal protection? Who owns the output — and what can actually be licensed? How are the key jurisdictions diverging in their approaches, and what does that mean for cross-border deals?

From clearance and watching tools to generative design, deepfake likenesses and automated decision-making, join for an open and practical discussion on the opportunities AI presents and the risks practitioners cannot afford to ignore.
