Session #3 Topic: SEP Policy Discussions
This third session in Track 1 will broadly discuss the policy issues actively under discussion globally related to SEPs -- in Europe, related specifically to the EU Draft SEP regulations, in the U.S. related to proposed legislation and possible regulatory actions. Speakers will address what is being discussed, what is likely to move forward, and what is the appropriate role of government in this area (vs. the marketplace).
